What Happens When Your Parents Need Assistance To Live Alone?

What happens when your parents need assistance to live alone?

It will begin as a simple match; you will choose when you want care, how you want care, and your caregiver.

4 SIMPLE STEPS

Step 1 – Get to know us

To best serve you, we need to get to know you. We will begin by visiting your home for a complimentary consultation. For no fee, we will take the time to discover your needs and wishes. Your family’s wishes are of utmost importance because family is key to your optimal health and happiness.

Step 2 – Your Service Plan

After your complete in-home assessment, Coastal Care creates a personalized service plan to meet your unique needs and requests. Together, the client and their family decide on visit times, frequency, and scope. For example, you may choose a caregiver to visit for a few hours in the morning or you may choose services only on specific days. Your carefully matched caregiver will arrive on time, gently assess where you are in your day, and move forward with your outlined plan.

Step 3 – Matchmaking/Find Your Perfect Caregiver:

Your personalized plan of service includes a carefully selected caregiver; from someone who simply lends an ear or a helping hand to someone who has specific medical expertise/capabilities.

Step 4 - Reassurance

Finally, each client is assigned a personal Client Coordinator who ensures the caregiver relationship is running smoothly. This trusted professional makes reassurance calls to the client and their families, if desired, to make sure everyone is satisfied with their match and caregiver services. Our professional and caring team is always available to you as a helpful resource.

Coastal Care is locally nurse owned and operated 15 years.
We are in Sarasota, Venice, Bradenton, and Englewood.

Victoria Pettograsso, Administrator
